Article 8 of the Subdivision Ordinance entitled General Requirements and Minimum Standards of Design, Section 8.11.03 Subsections (a1), (a2), (a3), and (a4) to replace the number 15,000 and 20,000 square feet with 30,000 square feet; Article 300 of the Watershed Ordinance entitled Development Regulations; Section 302 (B), (C), and (D), Subsection (2a) by changing the reference of 20,000 square feet to 30,000 square feet.
