That the Town of Denton Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on March 10, 2015 at 6pm in Denton Town Hall, 201 West Salisbury Street, Denton, North Carolina.  The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Brock Investments, LLC for an interpretation of the Zoning Ordinance to allow the exterior front façade material of a proposed automated ice machine located at 18040 South NC Highway 109 to be included in the permitted exterior building materials in the Highway Overlay District.

All persons interested in speaking for or against the advertised proposal will be given an opportunity to speak at the public hearing.

A copy of the information pertaining to the item mentioned above is available at Town Hall for inspection and copying during regular business days and hours.

As a result of the public hearing, substantial changes might be made to the advertised proposal reflecting objections, debate and discussion at the hearing.
