We are open to the public the following hours unless otherwise posted: Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.-4:00
p.m.; and Friday 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. We post our hours on our website for your convenience.
2. When can I pick
up my picture or drop off information?
You may pick up pictures at any time during our normal business hours. We
require a self-addressed stamped envelope so we may return your photo or we will provide one at a nominal charge. If you have
a photo at our office, please plan to pick it up promptly as we cannot store photos indefinitely. We have a front door mail
slot available 24/7 for leaving announcements, ad changes, subscription payments, classifieds, birthdays, etc. These are collected

3. When is your deadline?
The deadline for news and advertising is noon on Friday.
Depending on the complexity of ads or news information, it may be published the following week. It is always advisable to
allow extra time for wedding announcements, complex legals, or new retail advertising.
4. Why can't I submit news
or announcements by phone?
We require this information in writing in order to ensure accuracy. Names and dates
can easily be misspelled or misunderstood on the phone. Please complete one of our forms or type or print information legibly.
5. By what method do we prefer to receive information?
E-mail is a great time saver for us. If sending
a picture, we prefer it in .jpg or .tiff format. Ads should be sent as a .pdf when possible. If you do not have access to
email, then fax, mail, or place the items through our front door drop slot.
6. Why don't you accept classified
advertising and yard sales by phone?
These ads require prepayment and at this time, we do not accept debit or credit
cards. Please plan accordingly when you have the need for these types of ads.
